We began with a simple idea: create better short-term stays that combined thoughtful design with strong returns. What started as staging and hosting has since grown into full-scale support for property owners and investors. Today, we manage long-term rental portfolios, optimize Airbnb listings, and develop strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.
Our founder, Victor Alofe, brings the strategic insight of a management consultant with deep experience in tax, insurance, and media entertainment—and the practical know-how of a real estate investor. He’s seen where traditional property management falls short, and Crew Collective exists to close those gaps with design-driven spaces, hands-on care, and smart financial strategy.

From the comfortable beds to the oversized sectional, and of course the Keurig coffee maker (four women with varying coffee choices) made our stay quite pleasant. A surprising highlight was the evening Ice Cream truck, it brought us all back to the days of our youth!

The backyard is a real plus. We had a chance to enjoy it. First time I find an airbnb with a garden in central Jersey. Everything was nearby, and allows access to New York in 20 minutes. Victor and his team were very friendly, they often asked for news, and when we had a small problem with the TV remote, they fixed the issue within a few hours. The backyard is a real plus. We had a chance to enjoy it. First time I find an airbnb with a garden in central Jersey. Everything was nearby, and allows access to New York in 20 minutes. Victor and his team were very friendly, they often asked for news, and when we had a small problem with the TV remote, they fixed the issue within a few hours.
